Custom jacquard socks with the design knitted into the fabric. Choose UK sizes and allocate at least 30 pairs per design, colour and selected size.
Designing for jacquard knit
A knitted pattern is created in the fabric construction. Bold logos, stripes and separated colour blocks can work well, while photographic detail needs a different interpretation from a printed image. Judge the artwork at the intended sock size rather than only in an enlarged screen view.
Planning the leg and foot
Show where each part of the artwork belongs. A placement sketch can explain how a logo sits on the leg, how a repeat travels around the sock and which direction text should face. Fabric stretches when worn, so do not assume every small detail will appear exactly as it does in a flat drawing.
Allocating pairs across the size range
Choose from the published UK sizes and plan at least 30 pairs for each selected size, per design and colour. The order is counted in pairs. The selected size quantities need to add up to the total before the artwork and order can be checked.
Choosing the finish for your range
Jacquard socks provide the woven-design option; terry socks add a cushioned interior with a more substantial feel. Optional custom packaging sleeves can be selected where available. Review the sock construction, sizes, quantities and packaging separately so the finished order matches the brief.
Artwork approval, production and delivery
Orders start from 30 pairs per design, per colour and per size. Choose the quantity in the current product options, upload the original artwork and review the proof before production. Standard production is 17 to 22 working days after artwork approval. Raise a fixed event or delivery date before ordering.
UK tracked delivery is free after production. Orders below £100 receive Royal Mail Tracked 48; orders of £100 or more receive Tracked 24, based on goods total including VAT after discounts. Production and delivery are separate stages.
Minimum order quantity and sizing structure
The minimum order for jacquard knit socks starts at 30 pairs per design, per colour and per size. That structure is important because it gives flexibility while still keeping production commercially viable. It allows brands to plan by size range and colourway depending on the intended audience.
Available sizes include UK 5 to 7, UK 7 to 10 and UK 10 to 12. This covers the main adult size ranges and makes the product suitable for both general and more targeted audience planning. For retail projects, it also means sizing can be structured more cleanly when building a product range.
The 30 pair minimum also makes the product accessible for smaller focused runs. You do not need to commit to an excessive quantity just to create something wearable and retail ready. At the same time, the product still scales well for larger campaigns and broader merch programmes.
Packaging and product presentation
For brands that want a more polished final product, custom packaging sleeves can be added to create a more premium presentation. This is especially useful for clothing brands, ecommerce stores and gifting projects where the product needs to feel complete from the moment it is received.
A custom sleeve adds another layer of branding and helps position the socks as a finished retail product rather than a loose item. That small presentation upgrade can make a big difference when the goal is to increase perceived value or create stronger shelf and unboxing appeal.
For campaign and gifting use, packaging also helps tie the sock into a wider merch set more effectively. It can sit alongside other printed or apparel products without feeling unfinished.
Proofing, production and turnaround
Every order is managed through a proofing process before production begins. You upload your artwork and any notes, a visual proof is prepared and production only starts once you approve the design. This gives you a clear review stage before anything moves forward and helps make sure the layout, colours and branding are right.
Standard turnaround is 17 to 22 working days after approval. That gives enough time for the design to be checked properly and for production to move through without rushing the process. Delivery is available nationwide once the order is complete.
If you are ordering for a launch, event or campaign, the safest approach is to get artwork submitted early and keep the proof approval stage moving quickly. That gives you more control over timing and reduces unnecessary delays.
