Orders

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. You confirm that your contact, product and delivery details are accurate, that you have permission to use the submitted artwork, and that you accept the agreed pricing and production specification.

If an order cannot be fulfilled as agreed, we will contact you about the available options and any applicable refund.

Artwork and approval

Review spelling, colours, dimensions, placement and quantities before approving your artwork. Tell us about any essential colour match or production requirement before approval.

You are responsible for errors you approve in your own design when we reproduce the agreed specification accurately. Approval does not remove your rights if the goods are faulty, incorrect or not as described.

Any material adjustment to artwork or the agreed specification requires confirmation before production.

Production and minimums

Production begins after payment and artwork approval, unless otherwise agreed. Product pages or your quote state minimum quantities and estimated production times. Production estimates depend on the product, quantity and workload; delivery time is additional.

Incomplete information or later artwork approval can move the production schedule. Contact us before ordering if you need a particular deadline.

Colour and finish

Digital previews and physical materials can differ slightly. We assess colour, placement and finish concerns against the agreed specification. Normal manufacturing variation does not excuse a genuine defect or goods that are not as described.

Pricing and payments

Prices are in GBP. Storefront prices show the total including VAT alongside an excluding-VAT figure where applicable. Final product, discount, tax and delivery amounts are shown at checkout before payment.

Quotes are valid for the period stated and may be revised before acceptance if the specification or costs change. Full payment is required before production unless otherwise agreed. Payments are processed by our payment providers.

Cancellations and changes

Personalised and custom-made goods are excluded from the usual online change-of-mind cancellation right. Contact us immediately for any change or cancellation request. Once production has started, a change-of-mind cancellation is not normally possible. Before production, an agreed refund may account for work already completed, where lawful, and we will explain it first.

Faults, returns and refunds

Please report a fault, damage or incorrect item promptly, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos where possible. This early-reporting request is not an expiry date for statutory rights.

We will investigate and provide any remedy required by applicable law. The custom change-of-mind restriction does not apply to genuine faults or goods that are not as described. See our Refund Policy for the process.

Delivery

Website checkout currently delivers within the United Kingdom. Standard UK delivery is free at a goods subtotal of £100 or more including VAT after discounts, excluding delivery charges. Available options and charges are shown at checkout.

Production time and courier transit are separate. Contact us about any delay, loss or damage so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate next step. See our Shipping Policy.

Intellectual property

You confirm that you hold the rights or permission needed to reproduce artwork you submit. Tell us about any restrictions before ordering. We may decline artwork where the necessary permission is not established.

Liability and statutory rights

Where the law permits, liability for business losses is limited to the order value and excludes indirect loss of business or profits. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or your applicable consumer statutory rights.

Changes to these terms

The terms applying to your order are those provided when your order is accepted. We may update this page for future orders; a later change does not retrospectively change an accepted order.

Contact
