Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- All details provided are accurate
- You have permission to use any artwork submitted
- You agree to the pricing and production timelines
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary.
Artwork and design
You are responsible for ensuring all artwork is correct before approval.
This includes:
- Spelling
- Colours
- Sizing
- Placement
Once artwork is approved, we are not responsible for errors in the final product.
We may make minor adjustments to improve print quality where required.
Production
Production begins only after:
- Payment is received
- Artwork is approved
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on order size, product type and workload.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or late approvals.
Colour and finish
Printed products may vary slightly from digital previews.
This includes:
- Colour differences
- Material variations
- Print positioning
These variations are standard in custom production and are not considered defects.
Minimum orders
Some products may have minimum order quantities.
These will be clearly stated on product pages or during the quoting process.
Pricing
All pricing is provided in GBP and may be subject to change.
Quotes are valid for a limited time and may be updated if costs change.
Payments
Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
If cancellation is requested before production, we may offer a partial refund depending on work already completed.
Returns and refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect artwork provided by the customer
- Minor variations in colour or finish
If there is a genuine production fault, contact us at hello@projectprint.uk and we will review the issue.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We may:
- Offer a replacement
- Offer a partial or full refund
- Request evidence such as photos
Delivery
We deliver across the UK.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third party delivery providers.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order.
We are not responsible for:
- Indirect losses
- Loss of business or profits
- Delays outside our control
Intellectual property
You confirm that you have the rights to use any artwork submitted.
We are not responsible for copyright or trademark issues related to customer supplied designs.
Changes to orders
Any changes to an order must be confirmed before production begins.
Changes after approval may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
