Custom premium die cut sticker packs for your brand
Create custom die cut sticker packs for your own brand, band, business or event. The premium format brings your sticker designs together with a full custom backboard with wrap-over, so the complete set carries your identity. Choose 3 to 10 stickers per pack, each up to 100mm wide and 100mm high, then choose the number of complete packs you need.
A full backboard and wrap-over for your sticker set
A Premium sticker pack uses a full backboard with a wrap-over. Your packaging artwork has a larger canvas behind the sticker set as well as the folded top section. This is the option to choose when the complete backing design is part of your merchandise presentation.
Choose the contents and the number of packs
Your website order can contain 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000 or 2,000 complete packs. Select the sticker count first, then compare the available order quantities. For example, 100 packs with 5 stickers in each contain 500 stickers in total. The ordering summary shows both selections so you can check the contents of one pack and the size of the complete order together.
Your artwork, your custom order
This product is a custom print order for your artwork. The Labdesk gallery examples are based on previous customer work. Use the gallery to plan your own sticker set and packaging, then upload the designs you want us to produce for your brand.
Plan your pack as a collection with a clear purpose: a band merchandise set, a clothing-brand release, event merchandise, a business promotion or a group of related illustrations. Think about how the designs work together, which sticker should be seen first and how the packaging introduces the set. Match the file names to a simple contents list so the final proof is easy to check.
For band merchandise, carry the identity of a release or collection across the backing artwork and folded top. For a clothing brand or illustrator, treat the backboard as part of the collection rather than leaving the packaging until the sticker designs are finished. For a business promotion, bring the campaign artwork and pack presentation together.
Die cut shapes up to 100 x 100mm
Each finished sticker can be up to 100 x 100mm, including its outer cut shape. Your designs do not need to share the same outline; supply the intended width and height for each one. The examples in the gallery can help you compare shapes and arrangements, but they are customer examples rather than downloadable artwork templates.
Preparing your sticker and packaging artwork
Use the artwork upload to supply original artwork before adding the packs to your basket. Keep the sticker designs and packaging clearly labelled, and include the intended size and number of each design in one complete pack. If several designs share a multipage PDF, label the pages clearly. Check the field for its file limits and contact us if additional files need a different transfer route.
Prepare the backboard and wrap-over artwork separately from the sticker designs. Ask us to confirm the layout before finishing the file, and consider how the artwork reads when the top section is folded. Keep trim lines, fold guides and other production marks separate from anything intended to print.
A clear brief for every pack
Before preparing the files, decide which designs belong together and how many stickers one pack should contain. Give each artwork a clear name, specify the finished dimensions and list the contents of one pack. Choosing 5 stickers per pack and 100 packs describes 100 copies of that agreed five-sticker set; it does not mean 100 individual stickers.
Check the backboard artwork and wrap-over as one layout before signing off the proof. Consider how the top wording reads in its folded position and how the sticker set sits against the backing design. Supply a separate visual mockup if it helps explain the arrangement; the original artwork files are still needed for production.
Check your proof before production
We check your files and send a digital proof before production. Review the wording, every sticker's finished size and cut outline, the pack contents and the packaging artwork together. Raise any launch or event date before ordering so we can confirm the production and delivery timing for your brief.
Standard production takes 7–10 working days after artwork approval. Postal transit is additional. Tell us about any required event or launch date before ordering so we can confirm it is achievable.
Choosing between Budget and Premium
Budget and Premium describe the packaging format. Choose Budget for a top header card, or Premium for a full backboard with wrap-over. Confirm any material, finish or other requirements with us before ordering; the two names do not by themselves specify a different sticker material.
Explore the alternative header-card format on our Budget Die Cut Sticker Packs page, or contact the studio for help planning your pack.
Ordering a complete batch
The selected order total covers the complete number of packs shown in your summary. VAT is displayed with the price and calculated at checkout as applicable. Each basket quantity represents one complete batch; to choose another preset order size, return to Packs per order and select that quantity. For a pack count outside the website choices, contact us for a separate quote.
Repeat orders and new collections
For a repeat order, tell us which previously approved artwork should be used and check whether the pack contents or packaging need to change. A revised collection, new logo or different sticker size should be made clear in the uploaded files. If you need several different pack sets, contact us to confirm the brief and how the separate artwork sets should be ordered.
