Refund Policy

All products from Project Print are made to order. Because of this, refunds and returns are limited and subject to the conditions below.

All products are custom made. Please double check your order details before confirming.

Custom products

All items we produce are custom made based on your artwork and specifications.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect artwork provided by the customer
  • Incorrect sizes or quantities selected
  • Minor variations in colour, material or finish

Artwork responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring all artwork is correct before approval.

This includes:

  • Spelling
  • Colours
  • Placement
  • Design details

Once artwork is approved and production has started, changes cannot be made and refunds will not be issued for errors in submitted designs.

Production variations

Due to the nature of custom printing and manufacturing, slight variations may occur.

This includes:

  • Colour differences between screen and print
  • Small variations in placement or finish
  • Differences between batches

These are normal and are not considered faults.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

How we handle issues

If a genuine fault is confirmed, we may:

  • Replace the item
  • Offer a partial refund
  • Offer a full refund

This will be determined based on the issue and order details.

Non-returnable items

Due to the custom nature of our products, items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

If cancellation is requested before production, we may offer a partial refund depending on work already completed.

Refund processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Delivery issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

If your order is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist where possible.
