Before you order.
A few useful answers about artwork, prices and production. For the details that depend on your product, check its ordering page or send us your brief.
Are prices in pounds and do they include VAT?
Our UK prices are shown in pounds sterling. The main price includes VAT, with the price excluding VAT alongside it. Your order summary shows the breakdown. Choose your quantity and any extras to see your total before adding to your basket.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product. Each product page shows the available quantities and prices. Ordering several designs or a mix of products? Send us the details so we can advise.
When will my order arrive?
Production times are listed on the product page and run from artwork approval. Delivery is additional to production time. If you have an event or launch date, contact us before ordering so we can check what is possible. See our shipping information for delivery details.
What artwork should I upload?
Vector artwork such as PDF, AI or EPS is usually best for logos and shapes. Detailed printed designs need a clear, high resolution file at the intended print size. Requirements vary by product, so read the artwork guide and the design notes on your chosen product before uploading.
Will someone check my design?
Yes. We review your artwork before production and provide an artwork proof for approval. If details need adjusting for the chosen material or finish, we will let you know. Check spelling, sizes, colours and placement carefully when approving your proof.
Can I order without a finished artwork file?
If you are unsure whether your file is suitable, contact us with what you have and tell us which product you want. We can check the artwork and explain the next step before you order.
Can I change or cancel a custom order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. What we can change depends on whether artwork has been approved and production has started. Please read our terms and refund policy for the full details.
Do you work with customers outside Nottingham?
Yes. We work with brands, businesses and events across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and the rest of the UK. Artwork and order details can be handled online. For screen printing, embroidery, DTG or DTF, send us your quantities and garment requirements for a quote.
How do I get a custom quote?
Send your product choice, quantities, artwork and deadline through our quote form, or email hello@projectprint.uk. Include any sizes, colours and extras you need so we can price the right specification.
